Work at CYP

A Cambridge Youth Programs (CYP) staff member guides a young person through an activity. Both are seated on a bench in an indoor basketball court.

Cambridge Youth Programs offers paid opportunities for Cambridge teens. We also encourage teens and adults to consider joining our youth-serving workforce. Additionally, we welcome community members to volunteer with us.

Paid Opportunities for Teens

We offer year-round, paid teen internships for Cambridge teens ages 14–19. Through these internships, teens learn new skills, explore new hobbies, develop leadership qualities, and connect with peers and mentors. Teens are paid hourly minimum wage for their participation in the internship. To learn more, visit the CYP Teen Programs webpage.

If you’re an adult with experience working with and mentoring young people, we encourage you to apply to join our team at CYP! We offer part-time and full-time positions working with pre-teens, middle schoolers, and teens.
