Reaching All Youth (RAY) Committee

An aerial shot of OST professionals holding hands

The Reaching All Youth (RAY) committee brings together teen serving agencies, schools, City departments and community partners to share information, coordinate efforts, and collaborate on initiatives in order to best serve the young people of Cambridge. RAY aims to build a strong network of providers, uses strength-based approaches and peer-wisdom, is intentional in centering equity and anti-racism, and strives to build the world we want to see.

RAY members convene about every 5-6 weeks. Meetings focus on:

  • Honing best practices working with teens
  • Preparing for key transitions with young people
  • Building community among providers
  • Sharing key recruitment dates and important event reminders

Information, announcements, and important details pertaining to teens and youthwork is regularly communicated to RAY committee members.

For more information about RAY, contact Nadia Davila at ndavila@cambridgema.gov.
