There are currently four Portland-Loo public restrooms located throughout the City and we are excited to be adding more. Three additional restroom locations were identified through the Participatory Budgeting process.

Join City staff on Sunday, August 13th from 10a.m. to 2p.m.for a cold treat and learn about one of the next recommended locations for a public restroom facility along the Charles River.

The Portland-Loo public toilets are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are cleaned four times a day by an independent vendor who has been contracted by the City. The Portland Loo is designed with open grating that preserves privacy while discouraging vandalism, and crime in the space. To learn more about the Portland-Loo visit: https://portlandloo.com/
