Sidewalk repairs on Broadway beginning Tuesday, April 7

As part of the City’s sidewalk maintenance contract, crews will make repairs at select locations along Broadway, from Columbia Street to Quincy Street.

Work will take place over approximately six weeks and includes repairs to some sidewalk panels and curb ramps. Areas scheduled for repair will be marked in advance with paint.

Work will begin on Tuesday, April 7 on Broadway near Columbia Street.

What to Expect During Construction:

  • General work hours will be from 7:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • On-street parking spaces will be impacted during this work. ‘No Parking’ signs will be posted at least 24 hours before restrictions are in effect.
  • Please follow pedestrian detour signs.
  • Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and City services.
