The City of Cambridge, City of Somerville, and Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) will hold a public hearing on the Draft Updated Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan on Thursday, September 17, 2026, 6 PM. The agenda can be viewed online in our Open Meeting Portal.
This public hearing will be hybrid.
Members of the public can join in-person at Cambridge City Hall, Sullivan Chambers, 795 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA or can join the virtual meeting using the following link:

Three public hearings have been scheduled to provide people with the opportunity to provide oral comment on the Draft Plan. Comments are also accepted in writing via an online comment portal, email, or mail. More information on how to comment is on the project website:
