Fire Department Headquarters

The City is planning a renovation of the Fire Department Headquarters located at 491 Broadway. 

Renovations include:

  • enhanced safety features
  • updated locker rooms
  • updated dormitories
  • improved kitchen facilities
  • enhanced fitness facilities
  • installation of features such as solar panels to align with the City's Net Zero goals

While this renovation is taking place, a temporary facility will be constructed at the parking lot on Hovey Ave. 

Community Meeting Notice: Fire Headquarters Renovation Project - Community Information Session Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 6 p.m.

The City is planning a renovation of the Fire Department Headquarters located at 491 Broadway.

Join us for a Community Informatio Session to review the current design, learn about the construction schedule, discuss the temporary fire house and meet the project staff including the architects and construction manager.
