Community Meeting Notice: 135 Sherman St Multi Use Facility Community Meeting

Join us on Thursday, December 11 at 6:00 p.m. to learn about the future plans for the City-owned lot at 135 Sherman Street.

This meeting will include:

  • A brief presentation outlining the proposed use of the space.
  • An interactive workshop where you can explore details, ask questions, and share feedback with members of the project team.

In 2023, the City purchased the lot at 135 Sherman Street as a potential site for a combined sewer overflow holding tank and to provide office and storage space for the Parks and Forestry Division of Public Works. The project team has recently concluded a concept design process, and we look forward to sharing our proposed vision for this site with the public.
