NOTICE: Pre-Construction Activities at 135 Sherman St.

As part of the design process for 135 Sherman St., the City’s contractors, ConeTec and SoilX, will be performing investigatory work on-site beginning on or around March 16th. This work includes drilling test borings to get a better understanding of the underground conditions and is expected to last 10 days.

Test borings will be completed within the site, except for one that will be in the roadway.

During this work, you can expect:

  • Work crews on-site, within the fenced area, during standard work hours, 7 a.m.- 4 p.m., Monday-Friday.
  • Trucks entering and exiting 135 Sherman St.
  • Occasional loud noise.

At the conclusion of the work, the contractor will restore the area.
