Join us for a workshop on how employee ownership can be a powerful succession strategy. We'll explore models like worker cooperatives, ESOPs, and employee ownership trusts that help businesses stay in the community - thriving! The workshop will focus on small businesses in Cambridge but is open to anyone who wants to learn about the topic. Cambridge businesses who attend may be eligible for free one-on-one coaching assistance after the workshop. Facilitated by the ICA Group.
