Project Review and Discussion

  • Public Advisory Consultation: 62-64 Prospect St.

The applicant seeks a building permit to construct a 7-unit residential building within the Business-A1 base zone, Prospect Street Overlay and Central Square Overlay districts. A Public Advisory Consultation is required because the Prospect Street Overlay District is designated an Area of Special Planning Concern. The public advisory consultation will be held at a public meeting of the Central Square Advisory Committee (CSAC) per 19.43.3.

As this is an advisory meeting, no formal approval from CSAC is required. City staff, members of the public, and CSAC will have the opportunity to make non-binding recommendations to the applicant. Ultimately, the Inspectional Services Department (ISD) is responsible for building permit approval subject to applicable regulations and procedures.
