In 2018, Homeowner’s Rehab, Inc. (HRI) started construction of Finch Cambridge (formerly named Concord Highlands).  Located on a 1-acre parcel on Concord Avenue across from the Fresh Pond Reservoir, the 98-unit building includes 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.  There are several tiers of affordability at Finch Cambridge, including housing for very low-income households (under 30% AMI), low and moderate income households (30-80% AMI) and middle income households (80-100%).  This is the largest new construction of 100% permanently affordable housing development in Cambridge in 40 years.

The building is designed to meet the highest energy-efficiency and sustainability standards and and meets Passive House standards. Residents began moving into Finch Cambridge during the Summer of 2020.

Finch Cambridge is fully occupied.
