Many small businesses miss out on contracts simply because responding to long, complex RFPs takes too much time. This 90 minute workshop gives you a simple system to review RFPs quickly, organize your past projects, and build a clear proposal you can reuse for future bids.
You’ll learn three practical tools: a set of AI prompts that help you summarize and assess an RFP, a short template to capture past performance details, and a proposal outline you can use for both short and long submissions.
The session includes a live demo using a real RFP so you can see the process step by step, including how to decide whether a contract is a good fit. You’ll leave with a started past performance file, a working proposal template, and a faster way to respond to new opportunities.
An optional 30–45 minute working session follows for attendees who want help applying the method to an upcoming bid. Led by Chandra Dunn from Joy of PM AI Solutions.
