Frost Terrace - 1791 Mass Ave

Rendering of Frost Terrace

Frost Terrace is an apartment building with 40 affordable rental units in the heart of Porter Square. Developers Sean Hope and Jason Korb, through their entity CC HRE 1791 Mass Ave LLC, purchased three contiguous parcels at 1791 Massachusetts Avenue and 1 and 2 Frost Terrace in the Agassiz neighborhood. They preserved three existing houses on the site, including the full restoration of the historic building at 1791 Mass Ave. The apartments will be affordable in perpetuity, with all units restricted to low- and moderate-income households. The design focuses on sustainability, including energy-efficient fixtures and systems.
