Port Landing was completed in November 2016, creating twenty new units of affordable rental housing in the heart of the Port neighborhood. Originally intended to be developed as a community benefit, the site had sat vacant and underutilized for many years. Local developers Capstone Communities LLC and Hope Real Estate Enterprises LLC were able to create housing that provides opportunities for families to live close to transportation, jobs, and all the amenities of Kendall Square.

Construction was completed in 2016. No further updates will be made to this project page. 

The property includes: 

  • 20 affordable rental units, including 4 one-bedrooms, 13 two-bedrooms, and 3 three-bedrooms; all of which are affordable in perpetuity
