A partnership between two local affordable housing developers, Boston Communities and Affordable Housing & Services Collaborative (AHSC), is proposing to create a new affordable housing development at 336-350 Rindge Avenue in North Cambridge.  

Boston Communities/AHSC plans to create this new housing under the provisions of the Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO). Existing Site: Mixed-use site consisting of two adjacent lots totaling 21,740 square feet with mixed commercial and multifamily housing
