Special Permit Pre-Application Community Meetings

Before applying for a Planning Board Special Permit, an applicant must conduct a community engagement process including at least one community meeting. These meetings should follow the rules and guidelines below:

NOTE: The developer is responsible for conducting the meeting and notifying abutters, neighborhood groups and CDD staff. A summary of the engagement process must be included with the Special Permit Application.
