Small Business Mentorship Program
About
The Cambridge Small Business Mentorship Program provides support to local entrepreneurs. The program helps businesses in the early stage of growing their business.
What is mentorship?
Mentorship is when someone, or a group of people, with experience help guide someone who is still learning. A mentor shares advice, answers questions, and helps you avoid common mistakes. They don’t run your business for you. They're there to support you, offer perspective, and help you grow based on what they’ve learned.
Connecting Entrepreneurs to Expertise with the Mentorship Directory
The Mentorship Directory helps Cambridge business owners connect with experienced mentors. The Division works with local and regional organizations to offer a wide range of expertise for personalized support.
The Directory is an easy to-use resource. It lets a business owner explore programs that can help with marketing, finance, operations, and other key business needs. Entrepreneurs can visit each program’s website, learn what they offer, and find the right support for whatever stage your business is in.
Key Features:
- A single, easy to use directory of mentorship programs tailored to you
- Support for every stage from launching an idea to expanding an established business
- A growing network of partner organizations offering specialized knowledge
