Report an Accessibility Issue / File a Complaint

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protects people with disabilities from discrimination. The Cambridge Commission for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD) educates City staff and Cambridge's private sector about its obligations related to local, state, and federal laws. 

  • If your complaint is about disability discrimination by a program or service provided by the City of Cambridge, please contact CCPD at (617) 349-4692 or ccpd@cambridgema.gov

  • If your complaint is about disability discrimination by a business or non-profit agency, private landlord, or condominium association in Cambridge, contact the Cambridge Human Rights Commission.
  • If your complaint is about a physically inaccessible building, contact the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board (MAAB). More information is available on the MAAB's website

  • If your complaint is about disability discrimination by an employer with 5 or more employees, please contact the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD). You can file a complaint on MCAD's website
