The City Clerk is the official record keeper for the City of Cambridge.
Records kept by the Office of the City Clerk include vital statistics (including birth, marriage, domestic partnerships and death) and business and professional certificates.
New Open Meeting Portal Deployment
As part of our ongoing effort to improve transparency, accessibility, and public engagement, the City has transitioned to a new Agenda and Meeting Management system, OneMeeting.
Starting on January 26, 2026, City Council, BZA and Planning Board meeting agendas, minutes, and video streaming will be available through this new portal. Other Boards and Commissions will follow at a date to be communicated later.
Finding Your Meetings
