COMMUNITY PRESERVATION ACT (CPA) COMMITTEE HEARING
 
Date & Time: Monday, July 27, 2026, 5:30 P.M. 

Location: Virtual Meeting  

Description: The Community Preservation Act (CPA) Committee will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the funding allocation percentages for Affordable Housing, Open Space / Recreation, and Historic Preservation projects eligible for Community Preservation Act funding in FY27.  Each year, the City is required to allocate at least 10% of its annual CPA revenue on each category.  The remaining percentage can be used towards any of the three funding categories.

The hearing will be held virtually through Teams. Members of the public may watch and participate in the hearing through Teams through the following link:
