Description

The City's Office of Sustainability has been studying how a geothermal Thermal Energy Network (TEN) could work in Cambridge. A TEN is a shared underground loop of pipes that could use the steady temperature of the earth to both heat and cool buildings, replacing fossil fuel-burning equipment in homes and businesses.
