Description

Join the Cambridge Department of Transportation for a free, guided Community Commuter Group Bike Ride during the Red Line Closure.

Volunteer ride leaders will guide participants from Alewife toward Kendall Square, passing near Porter, Harvard, and Central Squares using low-traffic streets and separated bike lanes. The full ride takes approximately 45 minutes.

No RSVP or prior biking experience is required. Look for volunteer ride leaders wearing fluorescent vests at the meeting location. All community members are welcome.

Can't make this ride? Additional Community Commuter Group Bike Rides are offered throughout the Red Line Closure. Check the event calendar for other ride dates and times that fit your schedule.
