Shared Youth, Shared Strategies - Full Report

As part of the River Street project, the City’s contractor P. Gioioso & Sons (PGS) will begin the next phase of full-depth roadway reconstruction and paving on or about June 1, 2026. This work is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete

The Community Learning Center is hiring a Full-time ESOL Advisor/Teacher.

We will adapt the tale "The Tortoise and the Hare" and perform our masterpiece for family and friends. Using a ChompSaw (a kid-safe power tool), participants will safely cut cardboard to create shadow puppets. This four-week puppetry workshop is for youth ages 7-10. We will meet on March 5, 12, 19 and 26. Registration is required. Participants much attend all sessions and have read a version of the tale before the first session. Cast your vote for your favorite nominated title, right here at the library. This program is for kids in 4th, 5th and 6th grade (or equivalent ages). Registration is required.
