Emergency Health Profile

Emergency Communications

Cambridge residents can create a free Emergency Health Profile to assist first responders in an emergency. With a registered profile, the Cambridge Emergency Communications Department (911 Call Center) can provide an individual’s vital medical information to first responders automatically. To ensure data privacy, the opt-in medical information associated with an individual’s phone number is only made available to first responders when a 911 call is placed from the registered user’s phone number. Some key information that can be uploaded include:

  • Name, date of birth, address
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Allergies
  • Medical notes
  • COVID-19 symptoms
  • Emergency contacts
