Employee Assistance Program

The City of Cambridge Human Resources (HR) Benefits Team has partnered with AllOne Health to provide you and your family with a refreshed Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This free, confidential resource is designed to support your mental, emotional, financial, and everyday needs. The EAP also offers comprehensive supervisor support and training.

How to Access EAP Benefits (3 Simple Steps)

  • Reach Out for Help: Call: (888) 993-7650 (available 24/7) or visit: AllOne to explore services (Follow these instructions to login).
  • Access the Online Portal: Log in to the AllOne Health member portal for on-demand tools, self-help resources, and chat support.
  • Choose Your Support: Request counseling, financial coaching, legal referrals, or other services. AllOne Health will connect you to vetted professionals.

  • EAP is Confidential: Your privacy is protected and will not be shared with your employer.
  • We Got You and Your Family Too: Spouses, dependents, and household members are eligible.
  • No Cost for Using EAP Benefits: Fully covered by the City of Cambridge’s benefits.

  • Support When You Need It (Supervisor support): Having tough conversations is complex, but with the right tools, resources, and teachers, the most complex conversations can become second nature. Our Employee Assistance Program benefits cover a wide range of topics such as, Management Consultation, Job Coaching and Constructive Confrontation, Suggested (Informal) Referrals, Supervisor (Formal) Referrals, Substance Abuse / Impairment, On-Demand Manager Resources, Job Performance and Behavior, and Workplace Trauma Response.
