Description

Calendar event image

On June 6, Where Football Lives and football communities across the world will come together at the same moment to take part in a global action. Participants will each juggle a football for 10 consecutive seconds, contributing to an official Guinness World Records™ attempt. This type of record requires strict verification and simultaneous participation across locations worldwide. This is more than a record attempt. It is a global moment designed to celebrate football and highlight the growing impact of extreme weather on the game.

Funds raised through the event will support the adaptation of grassroots football sites in the U.S. and Mexico, helping them respond to climate-related challenges.

This event is part of "Cambridge United: Where the World Comes Together," a citywide series of free, outdoor soccer screenings and community celebrations throughout summer 2026.
