Adult Mental Health First Aid

Sign-up and joined an adult-focused Mental Health First Aid Training. Mental Health First Aid gives you the skills to recognize when someone is facing mental health or substance use challenges and the confidence to be their first source of support.

Registration is required and you must stay for the entire session. Failure to attend the training without notifying us in advance may result in being restricted from future training opportunities.
