This event will include additional energy bill support services provided by the non-profit organization and City partner, All In Energy. All In Energy will offer Energy Bill Check-Ups to help residents better understand their energy bills, make sure they aren't overpaying, and help them access all City-supported energy efficiency and clean energy programs.

- Discount Rate: If you qualify, you can receive a monthly discount of 42% off your electric bill or 25% off your gas bill.
- New Start: If you’re receiving the Discount Rate, New Start can help you pay your past due balance in as little as 12 months when you make on-time payments.
- Flexible Payment Plans: All customers regardless of income, can pay a past due balance over a period of time.
- Energy Efficiency Programs: Find energy-saving solutions to lower your energy bills.
