Description

Event Update: This meeting has been moved to a remote format and will be held via Zoom only. There will be no in-person meeting.

Regular meeting of the Cambridge Bicycle Committee.

Members of the public are welcome to participate by computer or phone using the Zoom webinar.

Instructions for Making a Public Comment
If you would like to comment during the public comment period, please note the following:

  • If joining by computer, be sure your device has a working microphone.
  • You will remain muted until the public comment period begins. The Meeting Chair or Facilitator will announce when it is time for public comment.
  • On a computer or mobile device, click the Raise Hand button to speak. If joining by telephone, press *9 to raise your hand. When it is your turn, staff will call your name or the last three digits of your phone number and confirm you can be heard.
  • Participants who attempt to harass other participants or disrupt the meeting will be removed.

Submitting Written Comments
If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to submit written comments on agenda items, please email mcannatti@cambridgema.gov and nschmidt@cambridgema.gov. Please include the agenda item in the subject line and your comments in the body of the email.
