New Retail Playbook Workshop Series

Are you a Cambridge entrepreneur or small business owner looking for training on how to better grow your business' online presence? We're excited to announce a new training workshop series called the New Retail Playbook. This series of online training is designed to help main street retailers understand how they can grow their business' online presence. Hosted by Uncut Lab LLC.

Workshop 3: Using Customer Data for Better Marketing

Date: Thursday, May 22, 2025

Time: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Location: Online via Zoom

During this session, you'll learn:

  • How to use the information from your point of sales (POS) system to see what's selling, when you're busiest, and which items on your menu make the most money.
  • A hands-on activity to find out which products give you the best profit and how to create special deals to attract more customers to these items.

Registration is required. Click here to register: https://forms.office.com/g/iY3dAG57EY. If the workshop has too many participants, Cambridge Legacy Businesses will be prioritized.

This is the last of three workshops in this series.
