    • Aging with Mindfulness (Virtual)

      This program, led by Zeenat Potia, will introduce and utilize mindfulness techniques to help us examine and regulate everyday life changes with a focus on aging. Participants will learn and benefit from the development of a mindfulness practice to enable responding to getting older in a calm, clear and thoughtful manner. Registration is required. This is a virtual event. A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants 1 hour before the event.

      Join us to sing and move together. Recommended for children of all ages and their caregivers. This program can accommodate 130 people. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis on the day of the program. The entire party must be present to receive a ticket. This program starts promptly.     • Wellness for Older Adults: Zumba Gold (Virtual)

      Put on your dancing shoes to improve flexibility and balance, strengthen muscles and have fun! Certified Zumba Gold instructor Emily B. will lead you through 45 minutes of low-impact and easy-to-follow choreography in your own home through Zoom. Join us! Registration for each session is required. This is a virtual event. A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants 1 hour before the event.       It's a weekly block party! Join friends to design and build amazing LEGO structures. Let your imagination run wild! For children ages 5 and up (children under age 7 must be accompanied by a caregiver). The Children's Room has plenty of LEGO pieces, so you don't need to bring your own. LEGO pieces are choking hazards for young children. This program can accommodate 30 builders. . Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis on the day of the program.       Innovators for Purpose (iFp) Studio is a youth-powered design and innovation program where teens channel their energy and creative vision to imagine and build a better world.       Do you want to learn to play Magic the Gathering? Are you an expert with your cards? Magic the Gathering is a card game that focuses on strategy and collecting cards that excite you. By attending this, you'll learn the basics, get a chance to brush up on your skills, and battle each other one-on-one. New player or seasoned planeswalker, this is the place for you! This program is intended for ages 10 - 12. It will take place over three sessions. Pre-registration is required to attend.

Chef Ashley is a Boston-based Filipina American chef and the creator of Mango Tao, a pop‑up culinary experience that showcases modern Filipino cuisine and Southeast Asian flavors through rotating menus, collaborations with local restaurants, and immersive events. A Food Network Chopped champion and former executive chef of Myers + Chang, Chef Ashley blends her cultural heritage with contemporary culinary techniques to craft vibrant, nostalgic, and inventive dishes rooted in Filipino tradition. Through her work, she aims to share Filipino cuisine with diverse audiences and uplift the Asian American and Filipino communities in Boston.
