Description

This year marks the start of Emissions Reduction Requirements under Cambridge's Building Energy Use Disclosure Ordinance (BEUDO), which requires larger Non-Residential Covered Properties to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions over time. It's a key part of Cambridge's plan to reach net zero by 2050. By improving the energy performance of our largest covered properties, BEUDO will help address one of the City's biggest sources of climate pollution.

To help building owners prepare, City staff and Eversource Energy Efficiency experts are hosting a webinar that will cover available rebates and incentives through Mass Save® programs, how to request energy data for BEUDO reporting, and other resources to support compliance. Building owners, property managers, and others responsible for BEUDO reporting are encouraged to attend. Register here.
