Cambridge Youth Boxing and Fitness Program

The Cambridge Youth Boxing and Fitness Program is a collaborative effort between the Cambridge Police Department Family and Social Justice Section and the Cambridge YMCA. Established in 2011, the program has since become a nationally recognized staple of the Cambridge community and a flagship initiative of the Cambridge Police Department.

About the Program

Our program is led by a Cambridge Police Officer, a Licensed Social Worker from the Cambridge Police Department, and YMCA partners. We offer a gender-inclusive, non-contact, fitness-based boxing program designed specifically for Cambridge youth in grades 6-12.

Program Details:

• Classes Resume: Monday, September 16, 2024, and run through the school year. (If there is no school, there will be no class)
• Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:30 p.m.
• Location: Cambridge YMCA, 820 Massachusetts Avenue
• Cost: FREE
