Notice to Businesses applying for a Business Certificate the week of January 11, 2021
While City Hall is closed to the public, City Offices are not closed. Businesses who need to acquire a Business Certificate with the City Clerk’s office as part of their Sector Specific State Grant Application (due on Friday, January 15) can contact the Clerk’s Office for coordination.
- Businesses that are looking for a copy of their existing Business Certificate can call the Clerk’s Office (617-349-4260) this Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-12:00pm and a copy can be emailed.
- Businesses that need a new business certificate or a renewal should fill out the online form and email the form to the City Clerk at cityclerk@cambridgema.gov. The business would then need to follow up with the Clerks Office by phone (617-349-4260) to schedule notary and Certificate pick up.
*Note: One type of picture identification is needed at time of pick up and notary.
