Inspectional Services

Inspectional Services Department enforces the State Sanitary Code for establishments including: restaurants, schools, bakeries, daycare, mobile food truck, package stores, recreational camps, swimming pools and retail stores.

How to Start

  1. Register for a opengov User account, if you do not have one already
  2. Log into the online portal
  3. Enter the information requested
  4. Upload required attachments as a PDF
  5. Pay permit fee (permit cannot be processed without payment)

Requirements

The following permits, licenses and certificates must be posted within a food establishment:

  • All permits, licenses and certificates obtained from the City and State.
  • Food Establishment Permit
  • Allergy Awareness Certificate
  • Choke Saver Certificate
  • Milk License
  • Frozen Dessert License
  • Tobacco License
