Upcoming Weekend Cambridge Traffic Impacts: September 25 - 27

The City of Cambridge is notifying residents, businesses, and visitors of street closures and traffic impacts from Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27.

Please follow all posted detour and parking restriction signage, plan ahead, and consider using alternative routes or modes of transportation.  

Due to upcoming weather forecasts, the following events may be canceled or delayed. Please visit the event's website for further details on rain dates. 

Friday, September 25: Meet Your Neighbor Event

• Street Closures and Impacts:
  • Inman Place off of Inman Street
• Time of Closures:
  • 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

*Saturday, October 3: Thai Market

• Street Closures and Impacts:
  • Brattle St between Brattle Plaza and Story St
  • Church St between Church St parking lot & Brattle St
• Time of Closures:
  • 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Rain Date: October 3

Sunday, September 27: Paddy's Cambridge Classic 5K

• Street Closures and Impacts:
  • Walden Street between Garden St & Sherman St;
  • Rolling closures on the following streets during race: Raymond, Huron, Sherman, Rindge, Cedar, Harvey, Russell Field 
  • End at 260 Walden
• Time of Closures:
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Only Walden St between Garden and Sherman)
