A draft version of the City's FY2026 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) is available for review and comment.
This draft of the City’s FY2026 CAPER will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by October 1, 2026. Each year in the month of September, the City posts a draft version of the report and opens a one-month public comment period. Written comments on the CAPER can be submitted to the City until September 30, 2026 using the contact information below.
