FloodViewer and FEMA Map

The City of Cambridge is excited to announce the launch of the updated Cambridge 2025 FloodViewer Tool. This innovative tool provides residents with the latest data and resources to better understand and prepare for flood risks in our community.  The FloodViewer Tool features two main tabs of information:

  1. FloodViewer Tool: This tab provides detailed maps and data on flood extents, impacted parcels, and elevation contours for various flooding scenarios.
  2. FEMA: This tab includes authoritative datasets for the 100-year and 500-year floodplains, as well as parcels impacted by flooding. It also provides information on the Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) parcels, which are properties that have been officially removed from the FEMA floodplain maps.

For more information and to access the Cambridge 2025 FloodViewer Tool, visit Flood Map Services Page.
