City Transitioning to New Agenda and Meeting Management System

As part of our ongoing effort to improve transparency, accessibility, and public engagement, the City has transitioned to a new Agenda and Meeting Management system: OneMeeting.

Starting on January 26, 2026, City Council, BZA and Planning Board meeting agendas, minutes, and video streaming will be available through this new portal. Other Boards and Commissions will follow at a date to be communicated later.

Finding Your Meetings

• All scheduled public meetings including Council, Committees, BZA, Planning Board, and all Boards & Commissions can be found on the City Calendar via the ‘Public Meetings” and using the "Topic" filter.

• Historical meeting agenda and video:

• From 2016 to January 12, 2026
• Video prior to May 4, 2021
