Media Van Permit Application

Media Van Permits may be submitted on-line.  All pertinent information must be included in application.  Applications must be received no less than 6 business day before event.

After submitting your application on-line you must call 617-349-4721 or 617-349-4714 and give your credit card information.  Your application will not be processed before the payment information is received.  Payment will be accepted by credit or debit card only.

Permit Fees:
   *Media Vans           Flate Rate of $350.00/trial/media station    
   *Meter fee              $5.00/day/meter Monday - Saturday
