Use of Force – 2023 Annual Report

The following report represents a review and analysis of the use-of-force incidents that department personnel were involved in throughout calendar year 2023. Department policy requires all use-of-force incidents be reviewed at numerous supervisory levels with final approval by the Police Commissioner.
