Just A Start (JAS) is hosting a second AHO community meeting on November 6, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss plans for the proposed development at 240 Broadway (also known as Broadway Park) as 100% affordable housing. Install new water fountain/bottle-fillers at up to 9 parks that lack drinking water fixtures. If this initiative wins, funding will be complete for water fountain installation in most of the City owned parks.
