Learn how to use Google Maps using an internet browser and the Google Maps app. You will learn how to find directions, explore neighborhoods, locate businesses and services, and navigate with confidence. This class is a part of the AARP curriculum. Join us for our seventh pop-up recycling event on Wednesday, September 2 from 4-7:30 p.m. at the corner of Green Street and Pleasant Street.

Join herbalist Mo Katz-Christy for a walk through Danehy Park to identify plants and their medicinal uses! We will explore weeds and cultivated plants, trees and shrubs, with plenty of time for questions and conversation. Bring a notebook if you like. Meet us at the parking lot on Sherman Street (if you’re late you should be able to find us – we won’t move too far too fast!). Registration is required.
