Live at the Library: Lunar New Year Family Concert (Main)
Join master musician Shaw Pong Liu in an interactive, educational and bilingual (English and Mandarin) music program welcoming the Year of the Horse. Shaw Pong will play her Western violin and her Chinese erhu, play music about horses, and invite a group sing-along. This program is recommended for children ages 5 and up and their caregivers.
Apply for a Block Party Permit
A block party is a community event hosted on a City street by a group of neighbors, a non-profit organization, or an association. During a block party, a portion a single block is closed to through traffic.
Upcoming Flu, COVID-19, and VaxAbilities Clinics
The Cambridge Public Health Department is hosting free flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinics for the Cambridge community, and partnering with VaxAbilities on two clinics (Oct. 19 and Nov. 16) with extra staff to provide skilled support to people with disabilities and/or sensory support needs.

CANCELLED: Songs, Stories, and Conversation in Mandarin (Valente)

Join us for an hour of songs, stories, and social meet-up in Mandarin Chinese with JingJing and Chelsea, two local mothers and educators. This fun and interactive session brings families together in a warm, welcoming environment.
This event is for children and their caregivers. In the first half, listen to engaging stories and sing lively songs. In the second half, children will do an activity, and everyone will have an opportunity to socialize.
