Learn about the rabbits that we raise at Land’s Sake. This program includes a rabbit-themed story time, learning about rabbit behavior and anatomy, and a rabbit themed game. The highlight of the program is the Bunny Circle, where youth are able to touch and interact with live rabbits. Join us for a demonstration of capoeira, a unique Afro-Brazilian art form combining martial arts, dance, music and acrobatics. Following the performance, children will have the opportunity to learn basic capoeira movements. Recommended for children of all ages and their caregivers. This program will occur in the Cafeteria at King Open. Due to the weather, this program will happen inside the Peabody School gym. Please enter the gym through Door 8 on Haskell St. Join local artist, musician and educator Ben Cunningham for a transformative storytelling performance. Recommended for children ages 5 and up and their caregivers. Cambridge Public Health Department will be handing out FREE Narcan, fentanyl test strips, and other resources. Naloxone (also known as Narcan) is a nasal spray that can rapidly reverse an opioid overdose.

Our public libraries have conference rooms actively used by many Cambridge groups. We can expand their use by adding video conferencing to improve the accessibility of meetings, trainings, interviews, and other conversations.
