Better Bike Parking for Students and Families
Install new covered bike parking at CRLS making biking easier for students and teachers; and also at McCrehan Pool which is popular with families during the summer but lacks enough standard bike racks.
Remodel the Kitchen at the Frisoli Youth Center
The kitchen area in the Frisoli Youth Center is in dire need of renovating. Replace the stove, dishwasher, cabinets, and countertops in the Frisoli Youth Center kitchen. This project can serve many Cambridge youth!
Inman/CAST II
The Inman/CAST II project consists of 2 properties, Inman Square Apartments on Cambridge St and CAST II Apartments on Columbia St., purchased and preserved as affordable housing by Homeowners Rehab Inc.
Lincoln Way
In 2013 Cambridge Housing Authority completed the revitalization of Lincoln Way Apartments, finishing construction of 70 new apartments.
