Application to apply for an Open Air Parking License.

The Vehicle Trip Reduction Ordinance was enacted in 1992 in response to increasing concerns about the impact on air quality caused by driving.

All Cambridge Taxi Medallion Meters must be inspected annually by the Cambridge Department of Weights & Measures, beginning on January 1 of each new year.

Given its central location in the urban core, Cambridge is near many regional roads, bridges, transit lines and the regional hub of air travel at Logan Airport. Consequently, the City participates in transportation planning and projects related to many of these facilties.

Open Air Parking Licenses are issued by the Cambridge License Commission.
