Levy and Andrew Murphy, Special Agent in Charge of the United States Secret Service, Boston Field Office announced today the Cambridge Police Department (CPD) provided valuable assistance in a federal investigation. Numerous police agencies and financial institutions played a role in the case.
Dates Announced for 2025 Police Exam and Application Deadline
The deadline to apply for the next Civil Service exam to become a Cambridge Police Officer has been announced. The deadline to apply for the exam is January 28, 2025. The written examination is scheduled to take place between March 15, 2025 – March 22, 2025. All interested Cambridge residents are encouraged to apply by visiting www.cambridgepolice.org/joinCPD. The examination period may be extended depending on the number of candidates.
