The Cambridge Human Rights Commission (CHRC) is dedicated to upholding and safeguarding the fundamental human rights of residents and visitors to the City of Cambridge. CHRC works to eradicate discrimination through an investigative process, proactive community outreach, and collaborations with City and community partners. CHRC aims to create an environment where people of diverse backgrounds can live without fear of discrimination based on the following protected classes: race; color; sex; age; religious creed; disability; national origin or ancestry; sexual orientation; gender identity or gender expression; marital status; family status; military status; and source of income.

Renew Cambridge Parking Permits Online Starting December 1, 2023

The City of Cambridge Traffic, Parking + Transportation Department wants to hear you feedback regarding the installation of separated bike lanes on Cambridge Street.

The Cambridge Council on Aging offers a Veterans and Friends Support Group. Open to Cambridge veterans ages 60 and older, the support group meets monthly at the Cambridge Senior Center. Read an interview with Dee Cannon, the group's founder and moderator, to learn more about the value that the Veterans and Friends Support Group provides to older adults and their loved ones.

The City of Cambridge announced it is expanding payments from its COVID-19 Housing Stabilization Program from two months of short-term financial assistance to four months of assistance.

Program provides training, job experience, and career planning.
