Our monthly Middle Grade Mystery book group is for kids aged 10-14. Check out a copy of the book beforehand, or download it from the Libby app. Our December book is Smoke and Mirrors by Rosalyn Ransaw. This book group will meet virtually and in person at the O'Connell Branch. Please register below if you would like to attend virtually. Join us for an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Class. This class will be taught at an high beginner level. No testing is needed.. For more information call Maria Balestrieri at 617-349-4013.

Come to the playground in your pajamas to listen to stories, read with your children and enjoy a snack before bed! This program is recommended for children of all ages and their caregivers. This summer Pajama Story Time will happen outside in the playground area at the Fresh Pond Apartments. In case of bad weather, the story time will happen inside the Community Room of 362 Rindge Ave. Pajama Story Time is presented by the Cambridge Public Library and the Center for Families.

Stop by to pick up an activity before the weekend. Choose a paper mask template to take home; then color, cut and assemble. Recommended for ages 4-10, while supplies last. Crayons/markers, scissors and glue/tape not provided.
