City of Cambridge Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day Holiday Closures and Service Information
In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays, City of Cambridge offices, libraries, and senior centers will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, December 24-25, and Thursday, January 1. Cambridge Police Conducting Investigation Following Early Morning Shooting in Central Square
Emergency Communications initially received reports of gun shots in the area of Central Square around 1:31 a.m. Three shell casings were located by the Cambridge Police near 731 Massachusetts Avenue following a preliminary investigation. There is one known victim at this time.
